Welcome to Entensa. By placing an order through our website, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept them as clear and human as possible—just like the rest of what we do.

1. Ordering & Payment

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. We use Square to process payments securely. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once it’s out the door, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow along.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes something just doesn’t fit or feel right. If that happens, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

We just ask that items be in clean, like-new condition (tried on is fine, but no workouts, no stains, no strong scents).

4. Our Gear, Your Responsibility

Entensa gear is designed for movement—but how you move in it is up to you. We’re not responsible for any injuries, damage, or losses related to product use.
