Wondering if we really need a support page. I guess the short answer is, yes. But what the heck do we do with it? We already have a “returns” and “contact us” page, in what situations would someone use this page, is this a duplication of effort? Is it just a page to make people feel heard? Dunno. need to do a bit of research on this….
Update: Neither Lulu or Urban Outfitters have a support page.
